Casablanca Cynthia and Anish Raza have something special in store for you. First, you will enjoy an exotic
Moroccan dinner prepared by Chef Safoa Abboa-Offei of Safoa’s Fare Personal Chef and Catering Service
followed by a showing of “Casablanca.” Here’s what’s on the menu Kid: Hummous with Pita Chips, field greens
salad with roasted tomato dressing, delicious lamb tagine with melting tomatoes and onions, fragrant couscous
with spicy vegetables, and for desert, sweet cinnamon apple tarts with fresh cream. What a night!

Dinner Under the Stars Helen McDonagh and Andrew Garsten joined Damon’s Steak House and Porto’s Bakery
to bring you an evening to remember. Select your dinner from Damon’s fabulous menu and then enjoy the sweet
treats from Porto’s while sitting under the stars from the yard of a beautiful home in the hills near Dodger Stadium.

BBQ Night Lynda Burlison and the GUSD Nurses have a grand evening in store for you. The Nurses will serve
BBQ Chicken and grilled vegetables under the stars. There will also be surprise special entertainment while the
nurses serve you cheesecake for desert!

SOLD OUT! Southwest Evening Mary Boger and Don Russ sponsor a fine dining experience at the Cape Cod style home
of Mary Boger in the beautiful Verdugo Woodlands. Guest Chef Don will prepare a Southwestern dinner with
mango vodka surprise cocktails, Gazpacho with lobster, Chilean sea bass tostada, chili powdered NY steak
with tomato sauce, mini green corn tamales, stuffed chili with various cheeses and flan for dessert.

Diners, Drive Ins & . . . Mingle and nosh at Dave Smith’s while 50’s music fills the environment. Enjoy
traditional cuisine of meatloaf, poultry, hot dogs, stuffing, mashed potatoes and shakes. Enjoy some appetizers
at the well stocked Sunset Lounge before you venture upstairs for the fantastic buffet. Oh, and for dessert, ice

Firefighters Go French The Glendale Fire Fighters are always a big hit. The beautiful Mediterranean Villa of
Silva and Aram Gasparian overlooking Glendale is the backdrop for this delicious dinner co-hosted by Paula
Devine. This year the Firefighters have taken the menu French.
