Each October, Glendale Healthy Kids participates in the Glendale Kiwanis Club’s Incredible Duck Splash. Several thousand yellow rubber ducks are purchased to "race" to a finish line to earn automobiles, travel packages, and other great prizes for their "adoptive" owners with a portion of the purchase price going to the participating nonprofit designated by the purchaser.

To make sure your adoptee duck has got your name on it please do the following:
1. Go to www.duckrace.com/glendale
2. Click on Adopt-A-Duck
3. Check that you are 18 years of age or older
4. Select NO to the question asking if you have an adoption paper
5. Select Glendale Healthy Kids as your Sales Team
6. Enter an amount in the Quantity column
7. Click Continue to the billing information
